Beds need replacing. There was no control of heat in room, even though there was a thermostat that led you to believe there was. Hallways and elevators very cold. Trash receptacle right outside front door of hotel main entrance overflowing entire 3 days we were there. Cleaning staff for rooms very good.

Ashton greeted us and she was so nice and professional. However, the breakfast needs a little work. The oatmeal had too much water and the potatoes were hard. The second night I had to call the front desk 3 times because there were guest in room 421 above my our room where kids were jumping and running until midnight.
