The hotel could use some updating . The floor in our room was little squishy you could tell they had a leak at some point . They need to let people know the hot tub isn’t operating and by the looks of it hasn’t for awhile . The best thing about it was the king bed was pretty comfortable. Also don’t look forward to the breakfast to much they just had sausage and eggs so we went elsewhere to get our breakfast.

Rented 2 Rooms at the same time and rooms were not satisfactory due to housekeeping overlooked items, no black-out curtains, not enough pillows for the bed sizes, not enough toilet accessories, in diar need of repairs and upgrades, not enough comfortable seating inside the room, furniture old and worn out, AC not working properly, Hot/Cold water in shower seemed to spiratically change mid-shower and dangerous for children, strong smells of marijuana in the hallways that would also enter your room, no noise barriers from others closing doors or alarming cars, only one small elevator working and it sounded horrible like it was on its last leg, HOT TUB not in working order, photos on the website are all older ones and not recent photos of the pool area or the rooms. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! When my family visits Marietta, Ohio again, we will find another hotel. The only positive thing we witnessed the 4 night stay there was the extremely nice front desk staff named Jenny who took her job to the next level and bent over backwards to help us with every issue including moving us to another room more satisfying. If it weren't for her, we would have left the first day and demanded a refund. Thank you Jenny for making a terrible situation be more bearable during our stay.
Obvious holes in the comforter bedding on the bed upon entering the room. There's no way housekeeping didn't see these huge holes in the bedding.
This king size bed was made up and left for us in this manner, with holes in the comforter. This was just the beginning of our terrible experience.

Wouldn’t go again..they gave us a room that was not ready..we got another room that was dirty…the hallway and elevator was smelling bad…there was dog food on the floor in the room…sheets looked like it wasn’t changed..we wouldn’t recommend it

Needs an Update

The property needs updated. There was an offensive smell in the lobby and 2nd floor hall. Fortunately, the room was clean and had a fresh smell. It was gone the next morning. The curtains in the room were thin, not darkening at all. There were street lights right outside the window, shining so bright I could read by them. There were several signs about a Moonshine lounge, we were told it was closed. Take the signs down.

Murder hotel

This place we now call the murder hotel. It was filthy, it smelled like death. We say guess that smell. The bedding was dirty with stains. This place should be condemned

Not that great of a value

This place needs a lot of work. It is delapidated and smells like smoke and pot. The rooms are worn. Carpeting and furniture need a serious refresh.

The staff was nice at least the lady and check in. I had told the lady on the next shift that our room was infested with ants and even showed her pictures which at first she blew off but then reassured me someone would take care of it. However nothing was done for us to accommodate this or refund anything. And i do have pictures proving my claims.

The staff was friendly, but this place is in very poor condition. Everywhere you look, things are scuffed or broken, with dirty woodwork and stains on the floor that never got cleaned up. It just seem warn out. The breakfast is bare-bones
