Room was clean and very well stocked. Slept my family of 5 perfectly. Love the BIG shampoo, conditioner, bodywash in the shower! The kitchen area was perfect for a week stay! Breakfast was very good! My kids enjoyed everything they had. Overall 10/10!

Pit of darkness

The room was the darkest room they could possibly have, down in the lowest level next to elevator shaft that constantly made noise all night long. The floors were filthy. What a depressing place.

Home away from home.

The room is like an apartment. It’s spacious and very clean. My kids and I had more than enough room. The full kitchen was wonderful for late night eats. And the extra large bathroom was great. I’ve never had breakfast like that at a hotel. It was delicious with a Latin touch and a lot of seating for eating. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. The only negative thing is the website stated there’s a free shuttle but since Covid, that’s hasn’t been the case. The site hasn’t been updated. That’s the reason why I chose to go further out because of the shuttle service. We ended up learning to ride the metro which was fun. And I thought the pool was indoor with the jacuzzi. It would’ve been nice to end the day with that after walking so much daily.

Great stay

Was a great stay for our family of 7. Room even had two bathrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. Our teens loved the pool table in the lobby for a hang out after our full days of exploring DC. Would stay here again for sure.

Great place for a weekend trip

The service at this hotel was excellent, everyone was very friendly. The breakfast staff was especially helpful and efficient. The suite was clean and comfortable and looked kept up. The location was great, it was a quick ten minutes to the DC museums. The only issue we had was unfilled shampoo containers. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

The GM still hasn't contacted me yet, I had to check out early due to toilet overflowing in my room and housekeeping not coming to clean up the mess, it stayed in my room overnight and still was not handled in the morning.
