I have stayed at several casinos and this is the most absolutley smokiest hotel. I could barely breath. The room itself is nice but our shower had so much hair in it (gross). The sports book is nice and the food was decent.

I’m sorry there was no hot water the two days we stayed. Casino was fun but very few machines pay there. Hot tub was closed and got charged resort fee for a closed pool and hot tub …….we went during the freeze and no restaurants were open except coffee shop so that was a bummer birthday trip good luck to anyone who goes your not going to be going to a new or nice hotel

When I checked in the staff member didn’t say thank you or anything, he didn’t even tell me anything about where the hotel tower or my room was located which would’ve been very helpful being that it was my first stay. The sheets and comforter on one of the beds had stains. The bathroom wasn’t clean.

Room, staff, restaurants and available parking for Veterans was top notch. My only let down was the slot machines available. I wish they had more variety with graphics ( example " Frankenstein" )
