We booked the 2 bedrooms suite, and we really liked it. It’s quiet and clean, space is good for 5 people, and the full kitchen is really convenient for us. Also the pool and hot tub is really good, with nice views of mountains. Walkable to the village, good location.

Only issue I had with the hotel was at check in the staff member told us we were going to get free parking for our 5 day stay which I was excited about. She then a few minutes later said oh you booked thru Expedia so don’t get free parking. I hadn’t asked for the free parking but it was disappointing being presented like that

Overall, a good stay at the Pan Pacific! We loved that this location had a breakfast buffet every morning and all rooms were suites. Unfortunately, the A/C system for the hotel was not working and so the suite was never a comfortable temperature without opening all windows and patio doors. Hopefully this is resolved soon before summer season!

Lovely hotel break

A lovely hotel with view of the mountains. The bed was so comfortable too. Room was a great size with a lovely balcony. Good breakfast, good location with added bonus of being able to use their sister hotel for ski storage. If we ever come back to whistler I would stay there again.
