Staff not trained properly , called 3 times to adjust the AC , and the staff told me their maintenance guy will be at the room in 2 min. Waited 40 min and still nothing , called again and he said the same thing . I feel sorry for the managements.

The majority of our stay was great. Breakfast was great the first morning.(included) Unfortunately, the hotel notified us at midnite the power would be out the morning we left.(they were only notified of this that nite so no fault of the hotel) They said the elevators would not be working and there would only be light snacks for breakfast. So we had to pack our luggage down from 7th floor to P4. On the 2nd trip down , we found out at lobby level the elevators were in fact working. And breakfast was fruit and granola bars. No compensation for this inconvenience has been offerred so what start out great ended with a rather sour taste in our mouths.

Cozy Comfort and Mountain Views

Our stay at the Pan Pacific in Whistler Village Centre was incredibly comfortable! The king bed with pillow-top mattress was a dream to sleep on—definitely one of the highlights after a day of exploring. Service throughout the hotel was excellent—attentive and friendly at every turn. We especially loved our view overlooking Whistler Mountain. The weather cooperated during our stay, making the scenery even more spectacular. The only thing keeping this from being a 5-star review is the limited restaurant menu. While everything we ordered was good, it would’ve been nice to see a few more classic options—at least a solid hamburger on the menu! Overall, a great experience and we would gladly return.

Amazing stay with minor problem

The stay was amazing overall. There was a minor issue while checking out. We requested a laundry bag to keep our bad clothes. However, noone showed up until we checked out. We called the front desk 3 times, waited for 45 mins. We had to check out, we were getting late.

they have two branches and share the facility, the staff didn’t notice clearly at all. Plus they know what Expedia has mislabelled their room bed but still offer no solution, and tempt to lure us to upgrade the room with extra $120 per night. The experience is quite terrible as you will think when u pay a star level hotel rate and should deserve proper service, this is really unacceptable experience.
