Nice pool and hot tub

Love the artistic design of the hotel. The lobby is excellent to work from. Location is perfect for walking or catching the bus/train. We really enjoyed this spot and will return.

Location great Easy access to freeway and downtown Burbank The hotel public areas are bright and modern. Rooms are big and have everything you need, they are a little outdated n shabby in places though. For the size of the hotel the pool area is small with a few beds n chairs. This didn’t affect our stay and would stay there again if returning to Burbank area. Didn’t eat at hotel so can’t comment on food.

The room was not available at the check in time. I had to wait 30 mins to check in. The 2nd day I asked for service and the front desk worker never put the request in. The room was norma, it wasn’t as clean as it could be, but clean for a hotel.

Definitely would recommend staying here. Nice area very convenient and vlose to Disneyland. The shuttle service was perfect. The breafast was good. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. I would book here again.

We stayed there several days and really enjoyed how great the valet parking was as well as the front desk. Our rooms were clean and everyone was wonderful. I used to stay there many years ago when I was a flight attendant for United and not based in LA and the staff has always been wonderful there.
