room service excellent and good staff

Horrible parking and smelly rooms

one day no hot water- Ice cold shower. the next day luke warm at best

The hotel property itself was very well maintained, clean, and visually appealing. The grounds and facilities were clearly cared for, which made for a pleasant overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the same standard as the property. During our stay, we encountered several issues that required assistance, but staff responses were either delayed, non-responsive, or ultimately unhelpful. While the employees we interacted with were generally courteous, our concerns were not effectively addressed, which was disappointing. A beautiful property can only go so far, and attentive customer service is an important part of the guest experience. With better communication and follow-through from the staff, this hotel could be an outstanding destination. As it stands, the accommodations were enjoyable, but the lack of responsiveness left us with mixed feelings about our stay.

My room had cockroaches, it was dirty, it had a bad smell of dirty, like the bed was as not laundered, smelly like marijuana near by and penetrated in the room, I was next to the laundry room and it was loud, parking was unavailable and had to park elsewhere and pay for that as I needed to secure my company vehicle. Th we floor was dirty and toilet was dirty.
