Amazingly close to Disneyland

Newly refurbished rooms make this a modern, comfortable, and great stay.

Positives: Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great. Pool area is great. Negatives: There was no water one of the days for 12 hours (couldn’t even use the restrooms) and the staff didn’t even provide any alternatives. I called front desk for extra towels and none showed up for an hour. I called again and nothing for another hour. I called 3rd time to cancel the request as my kids were already asleep and didn’t want someone to knock after 11pm. When I said this was ridiculous, the front desk person responded “I know, I will talk to my manager about housekeeping being unresponsive”.

Breakfast was great!! Rooms were clean and I lived the gate made it feel that much safer

Rooms were a bit dated but overall property was nice. Far from the park entrance but they fix that with a shuttle direct there.

Perfect walk to Disneyland! Friendly staff!
