Friendly front staff

We have stayed here for our last 3 Family Disney trips. We love the breakfast buffet and the surrounding food options. It is conveniently located near Disneyland and DCA, walkable or a quick 6 minute uber drive. We feel safe during our stay. The waterpark area is a plus if you have kids who enjoy swimming. The rooms were cleaned daily and the entire hotel always looks very clean. We will continue to go back and stay here for our family Disney vacations.

Love this hotel! It has so many amenities and friendly staff. The shuttle to Disneyland really comes in handy. As a recurring guest I hope there’s more shuttles towards the end of the night NOTHING against the staff or hotel but the other guests were really rude pushing and cutting the line trying to get inside the shuttle- disregarding any children and elders. Would be helpful if the hotel could do anything to help with this so it’s less stress of the staff and driver. However, would pick this hotel again and again! :)

Did not interect much with staff but checking in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Location was great. Only 15min walk to Disneyland.

we were there 5 nights and the front desk staff is phenomenal as well as the cleaning service. The rooms were small and the beds were full size, not the greatest but we were only there to shower and sleep. 10 minutes walking distance from Disneyland entrance, so it was perfect!
