Had an amazing day at this property. Rose from the front desk was extremely friendly, her customer service was one of them by far one of the best that I have experienced and I have stayed in many hotels throughout the year. Definitely recommend this place someone that is flying in to the San Antonio international airport.

This property is so beautiful. The staff went beyond to make sure i waa comfortable.

Construction early in the a.m.

Our room was verey clean but nothing special; but we spend very little time in a room when we take a trip, so the room was fine for us. The service personnel were friendly, smiling and very gracious. We knew aobut the free breakfast but were surprised to find the hotel also had a "light" dinner for free. Finally, we could directly access the Riverwalk from the Hotel's lower level. This stay was a very positive experience for us.

We loved our stay! The hotel was close enough to all of the historical and tourist attractions, but far enough to get a great night of sleep. The valet service was very fast when checking in and everyone was very friendly and welcoming to the hotel.

The staff is amazing, the hotel is charming and central to many events.
