I was impressed with the staff, the obvious care they had for their guests, returning to the hotel to the smell of freshly baked cookies, convenient location and great breakfast options.

This property was fine, though unremarkable. The bathroom was the biggest problem. The counter was very low, and the toilet was nearly on the floor, it was so low. . Unlike most hotels, the heat/ a.c. was controlled right at the unit, rather than a thermostat, which makes it more difficult to regulate. The pool area was very crowded and loud, as was the breakfast area. The breakfast food was quite carelessly supplied. One yogurt in the frig, and bags of bagels just thrown on top of the case with bread slices. I guess there was hot food, but it was stuck in a corner that allowed only 1-2 persons to serve themselves. Despite being very busy, our room was very quiet, thankfully, and the front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful.

Worst hotel ever! I have often heard rumors of Hotels that don’t change sheets between guests, but this one I confirmed. So gross! I asked them to change sheets and they didn’t, so I called again and they brought me bedding to change it myself. $400 for a filthy room, dirty sheets and poor service

The room was spacious and quite clean. Bed was comfortable. Desk service staff were friendly and courteous. There was no extra face cloth available - seemed rather odd. The Waffle machines weren't working very well on the first day - batter just stuck to the grill. On the second day, both machines were gone. Disappointing, as that is a highlight for breakfast.

Convenient place to stay. Staff was nice, bar was great. Our first room was so dusty we had to move. Second one was better. But the carpets, couch and doors are so outdated and need to be replaced. There was no outside light by the far entrance door, it was burnt out and it was nearly impossible to see how to enter. I had to use my phone flashlight. I told the front desk and there was still no light the next night! Breakfast was limited and there were boxes of supplies sitting in a corner of the dinning area. Tacky. Clean it up! Won't stay here again!

We liked having the ground floor for easy pack up when leaving. The breakfast experience was not that good, an employee was complaining about a kid that tried to make waffles, she made a big scene and was a crab!

Per the serving staff, the waffle maker hadn't been cleaned after the last use, so it wasn't ready for the breakfast time today. I and many others were very disappointed. My husband really enjoyed the biscuit and sausage gravy. I was not happy with all the noise in the pool room between 10pm-11pm when I was trying to sleep. The dinner options in the pub were delicious. The room was clean, smelled good and the shower was hot. So, I would come back but I would hope for the waffle maker to work.

Requested poolside room months in advance; was given "poolside" room facing a concrete wall. Our bathroom had urine in the toilet, and hair in the shower. There was no shampoo or body wash. I asked for pool towels at front desk, as they were none left in pool area; I was given bath rug towel mats. Very disappointing.
