Breakfast had only pork options for meats. Bagels were stale. No options for bread. The time we went, there were only a couple of white bread slices. There was no shower / body gel in the bathroom. The shower’s faucet was weird that had same handle with only one function to turn the water on and to adjust the temperature. one should stand in front of it to reach the handle and turn the water on so that they get splashed with freezing water first before they can turn the handle counterclockwise to make it warm. Means faucet is always on the cold side and one can’t adjust the temperature before they turn the water on.

This was not my first option when booking a hotel in Berlin, Ohio. But I'm glad this was an option because the staff was fantastic, I felt safe, and walking distance to a lot of cool options for shopping.

The room was great, Service was great, every was clean. The Jotel was very convenient. I only have 1 complaint. We were on the first floor and the room above us sounded like there was a gymnastic convention or the folks were stomping on the floor and it was very loud and obnoxious ‼️ very hard to ignore ‼️

Very nice clean rooms and breakfast area, breakfast food was amazing! Our only complaint would be the pool and hot tub were very cloudy and dirty looking, and the chlorine smell was so overwhelming.

The hotel was top notch, love the area, it was clean and the employees were nice. The breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs had water laying in them, they looked terrible.

The only recommendation i could make would be to have Keurig coffeemakers in the room. The coffee in the rooms is pretty bad and although they offer 24 hr coffee in the dining area, it's not convenient when you've just gotten out of bed. Not a deal breaker as the accommodations are clean and housekeeping is good providing fresh towels and refilling coffee supplies daily.
