The hotel was very nice but we got in very late and the front desk clerk acted like we were a nuisance. However the breakfast attendant was very sweet. We just needed a pit stop so it served it purpose.

Great hotel, comfortable room. Hot breakfast daily included with stay and hot coffee available all day long. There is a pool and fitness area, but we did not use during our stay. Pool seemed to always be full of families with lots of children. There was a lot of garbage around the property and overflowing garbage bins outside. Front desk staff were unfamiliar with transportation options. Recommended a local taxi, service was great to get downtown to powers auditorium but horrible trying to get back. Tried Lyft and they were there in 10 mins. Not the hotels fault but would think local employees would be able to recommend reliable transportation to people from out of town. Overall a great stay and would book again if back in the Youngstown area. Definitely hit up the Bull & Bear Tavern for awesome food and great drinks.

Overall we had a good stay here, We were here for my daughter competition. The hotel itself is nice however the motel beside it not so much and it seems like a slight rough neighborhood but we had no issues. The only complaint i have about the hotel itself is the water pressure. we had 3 girls in the room who all needed to wash our hair and it didn’t get super hot & the water did not come out super forceful. Otherwise we had a great stay

Front desk staff was excellent! I had accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong night and the person at the front desk late on a Saturday night saved the day with her last room on a sold out night.

The hotel was very nice, but we had no hot water for a nice hot shower and the breakfast in the morning was not really great. No flavor at all. Me and my husband are not coming back here. We’ll go to somewhere else.
