The property was disappointing first we were charged a 50.00 cash deposit which we knew nothing about because it was disclosed in the booking, 2nd the pool area was closed so no pool and thirdly there was no breakfast as advertised . The room was clean but very dated I think what we paid was to much being that not all the amenities that were offered were unavailable and I feel if a hotel requires a separate cash deposit then it should also be disclosed on booking sights

The room we stayed in had blood on the carpeted floor, along with black mold in the bathroom. The air conditioner didnt work great because the filters were dirty. I booked the room based on a pool, hot tub, gym and none of these were available. Free breakfast was offered to us and when you look in the pictures it shows waffle iron, stainless steel serving trays which I would think something like eggs, sausage or bacon, a toaster etc. But it was a grab and go breakfast with no options for someone who suffers with a gluten allergy. Would not recommend this hotel at all. We left after the first night and because we complained we were to get a refund of one night and half price on the night we stayed. We are still waiting on refund and its been 2 weeks now! And the motel and room stunk of must!

Disgusting hotel

Hotel was filthy, trash piled up in the hallways. There were splatters of something all over the bathroom wall in our room. There was a used a-tip stick to the hallway carpet, it was there the whole time we stayed. There was no breakfast available other than a brown paper sack with granola bars in it. No coffee maker in the room. I’llnever book here again.

The room is dark, dirty and in need of repair. There is a table, but no chairs. The lamp was plugged into an unsafe extension cord, but the cord was not plugged into the wall. The entire hotel smells.The pool was closed. The only rooms available are upstairs and they have no elevator. If I had known this I would not have booked as I have mobility issues.

Yuk!!!

The place was dirty and worn. ( see photos) The free breakfast consisted of 3 pre-wrapped snacks in a paper bag. The juice containers were empty. The bathroom food had no lock. The microwave oven had no turn table. The freezer in the fridge had 4 in. Of ice caked on it. I asked 3 times for extra pillows and towels— no response. No pool, No spa. But, the beds were comfortable.

Toliet did not work, every time we wanted to flush it we had to take the lid off & manually flush it. The tub lock did not work, we had to stuff a washcloth in it to keep the water in....we would appreciate a full refund! Also the pool & hot tub was not open. Eventually has been broken for a long time. False advertisement.

When I booked this hotel it said free breakfast and a pool. The pool was shut down and there was no free breakfast. The place was dirty and broken down.

Everything was dirty.

They stopped trying at least five years ago. It was very dirty. The walls and floors were gross. The shower was dirty and the drain was clogged. There were drawings on the walls, holes in the plaster, and cracks all over. Our first room's air conditioner didn't work. I *think* the towels and sheets were clean, but EVERYTHING ELSE was filthy. Not worth it.

We didn’t walk into the hotel. It was not like it looked in the pictures. There were broken down cars in the parking lot and it looked very dirty. We decided to check into another hotel so we paid twice to stay the night.
