Room was clean but not in good repair. Chair was broken, shower rod falling off and only three small pillows on bed. Also no breakfast as advertised,only a small to go bag.

The entire place seemed quite run down. For what was seemingly a nonsmoking place, it smelled overwhelmingly like smoke. My room had peeling wallpaper and baseboards, marks on the walls, and two lamps that didn't work. Very poor water pressure in the shower. Trash piled up in the hallway when I left in the morning. Just barely sufficient for a quick overnight, but pass if you can.

Web page said coin laundry and breakfast. neither were there and I was counting on both. I skipped seeing that there was no elevator, but that was ok. There was also a sign in the office sating no loud parties (which I appreciated) but peopl eon my floor had the garbage cane ner the stairs overflowed with beer bottles. I underesratnd that management cant control this, but they were loud. I will choose my next stay wisely by asked in advance for things ont he web page actually being there.

This place isn’t described how it’s supposed to be. It doesn’t have a pool like they say they do. The guy that works the desk is a drunk smelled straight like alcohol. They wanted me and my mother in law to clean up the glass this is when we walked in the room at 11 pm our room should’ve been the same if it got checked before check in time. Me and my mother in law would’ve been dead if we came in at 3 pm. They wanted us to clean up the glass at first left glass out in the hallway when there is 3 year olds running up the hall with no shoes on.. Worst place to stay in Youngstown, Ohio!!!!! Don’t stay there.

Looked for hours for a hotel matching our needs. When we arrived (tired and hungry), we tried to check in. The clerk was saying words but we couldn't hear him because the television above his head was too loud. As he's taking my identification and credit card, he said, "The pool is not working good is that okay?" He was looking at his feet- wouldn't make eye contact. I said, "No. No it's not okay." But, because I booked a jacuzzi room, i was reluctantly willing to accept that there would be no swimming. I asked for a price reduction and clerk said he " has no way of adjusting a price." I alerted that my service dog was with us when i booked online. Clerk then makes a call while im standing there. After a bit, i interrupted him by asking if he needed anything more from me. He says, "We don't allow pets into jacuzzi rooms." I countered that my dog is not a pet. I have literally stayed in hundreds of hotels and not once did i hear that. Clerk offered to cancel my reservation. I told him, "That's great. But you know we're tired with a dog approaching evening with no place to stay." He, in the coldest way possible, just looked at me. Yes, we canceled.

Mas limpieza y remodelacion

La estancia no tuve problema pero el lugar no es muy bueno, es centrico pero habia cucarachas en el AC y las paredes estaban sucias y habia mucho polvo como si no hubieran limpiado la bañera tenia sucio y el control del tv no tenía bateria, la alfombra estaba sucia y el microondas no tenia plato.

Pool was down for maintenance. Everything in the hotel was out of date, looked dirty and dingy. All the outlets in the room looked like fire hazards. If you’re looking for just a bed at a convenient location this is your place, anything amenity wise, look elsewhere.
