I asked for clean towels and wash clothes and the desk clerk was rude and stated I could not get any because it was after 5 pm. I worked all day and was not able to be at the hotel to get them during the day. I have stayed all over in hotels and have never had anyone be rude to me about getting clean towels and wash clothes especially after working all day.

My sheets look like they weren't changed from whoever rented the room before me and the bathroom looked like it was under construction and then in the morning of the next day there was some really loud people that looked like they were housekeeping employees making a lot of noise outside of our door which was right by their work area but other than that it was okay I would go there again

I was in 3 different rooms. First one had a non functional toilet. The next 2 had no worling locks on the doors, you walk right in. Another guest had the same complaint

The property was extremely dirty -whether cleanliness inside the rooms, bathroom, carpet, or the exterior stairways. Continental breakfast was advertised on the website, it was - Joebox from Dunkin Donuts, which would have been fine, but ithe coffee was COLD, and the bagels laid out on a tray had fruit flies hovering over them. Please do NOT stay at this location.

AVOID

Blood on my mattress sheet. Corroded batteries in the remote that were being held in by electrical tape. Bed pillows were the size of throw pillows. Fitness center would be a joke even if it was open. I’ll sleep in my car next time before going back here.

Austintown Days Inn - Total Dump

This place is a complete and utter dump. The room was filthy. Check in took forever and I prepaid online. There were stains on my pillow case. The continental breakfast advertised is a joke, it was fruit loops and coffee! I have never stayed at a Days inn this bad before! I've been to several Days Inn in the past never this bad! Truthfully I can't understand how anyone stays there and the place isn't closed down!
