Clean and secure. Will definitely stay again.

Security was good. The access doors remained locked and the room locks were solid. The room was very clean: tub, toilet and sink were all literally spotless. I loved the luxury vinyl plank flooring, and it also was clean. It felt clean underfoot and when I wiped up spilled water with the white terrycloth floor mat, it came up clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 on cleanliness was because when I arrived there was a lot of garbage outside but the next day they cleaned all that up. Sidewalks outside of the rooms also could use a good power washing; I wondered what all those accumulated spills had been. The stairwell had a bad smell, but who cares when the room is clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV had a bunch of channels. Motel 6 is a no-frills operation: no fridge, no microwave, no iron, no closet, not one hanger, no shampoo or conditioner or lotion, and all the furniture is bolted to the wall. But for the price, I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area. Secure and clean are top priorities in my book and Motel 6 Youngstown does a good job with that. Staff was friendly and professional too.

When we got to the room we notice blood on the door then there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room and when we brought it to there attention ghe told us we woul have to wait till the next day and we would have to be out of our room by 12 but couldnt get a room till 3 then it seem like our key onky worked g or the day every day we had to get our key refreshed just to get in our when we go out

Sketchy looking place, but the bed was ok.

Room had a stale odor. Stairway had strong scent of vomit. No frills hotel that REALLY showed a lot of neglect. Check out in the morning consisted of a person sleeping at the front desk at 7:30am. They did not wake up nor did I feel the need to wake them up.

Everything in the room was broken. TV wouldn’t turn on, casing around TV broken, chair broken, “nightstand” next to bed hanging off the wall, toilet paper holder missing, towel bar missing and poop streaks in the toilet! I checked in and left and didn’t return to the room until midnight, had I not been exhausted I would have left and found somewhere else to stay. The area is super sketchy and seems to have quite a few people living in the motel. I was very uncomfortable staying there as a lone occupant and will NOT return. It’s sad how this place has taken a turn for the worse over the years.

mortifying. there was a torn up couch outside, mold, bedbugs, roaches, flipped mattresses, stained sheets, missing furniture, the TV did not work and the frame was on the floor. it reeked of cigarette smoke and there were people lurking around and LIVING there.

This was the worst Motel 6 I have ever seen. Walked into the room and had to kill 6 flies before I gave up. No blanket, only a sheet and top cover. No shampoo, no hair dryer. And, an ironic twist, no light in the bathroom, ha! It was broken. I had no choice but to stay there I needed a place to sleep for a few hours. An embarrassment to the hotel chain.

They put my 2 grandchildren as a I in a room without a working tv. They played clueless about the broken tv then refused to move us to another room and refused to refund my money for us to get another room. Terrible ignorant staff
