The receptionist was wonderful the room was left to be desired. Holes in thr floor thr beds were dirty stains everywhere. The bathroom looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The tv didn't work. I wouldnt stay here again

I just can't believe how dirty it was

When arriving at the property, it seemed fine enough, but after a thorough inspection of the room we found dirt around the corners of the room, limescale on the metals of the bathroom, an absolutely filthy microwave, and more. Almost as if the room was barely cleaned. We then asked to be moved to another room, and there we found a bed bug. We quickly left after that experience for another hotel. I think they only had one cleaner on staff too! I can't believe how dirty the place was

We had to check at least 3 rooms in order to get one what was somewhat acceptable. First room, smoke smelling. Second sewer smelling, last one better. The last one had a tearing shower curtain. The exhaust fan didn’t work properly. The garbage pail near the bathroom wasn’t emptied. The stay was most affordable but you do get what you pay for. PS: slowly WiFi.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. They need to hire housekeepers that will clean better for them and I recommend bringing your own pillow and some cleaning supplies. We had seen some spots they missed cleaning common touch points and the table still had stuff on it from whoever stayed before and one of the bathrooms still had poop in it and stuff on the seat and one pillow had 3 different stains on it which is why I recommend bringing your own pillow. We stayed 2 different nights in 2 different rooms and definitely they could use new housekeepers.
