Mattresses were so disgusting, flooring is very bad, it has a 1940's toilet 12" from the floor, was not impressed with the hotel management at all. It was a bad experience. The two cleaning staff, people did a good job, and were helpful. Parking lot is so small, don't be surprised if your vehicle gets hit...need a complete overhaul, or torn down😡💩☹️

The staff was excellent!! I am delighted with my stay here; they helped me with restaurants, parking, shopping, and so much more. They are really kind and went out of their way to assist. The room was what I needed as a solo traveler. Clean room and friendly staff. I absolutely loved my stay. Thank you!

Cheap place but many insects and unusable wifi.

Checked in at night had few insects but i was tired and had more in am. Slept it off. Woke up with some bites but had hospital work and no time to complain. Got back around 5pm with more than 10 flying insects flying around the room. Many bugs on my clothes as well. Complained to receptionist and checked out. Complained to manager (kathy) the next day and apparently shes an insect expert and doesnt care what your reason for checking out ealry as long as they get theyre money. Who cares if i got multiple bites. Unusable wifi. Dont fall for the photoshopped pics of the place, completely different.

Terrible and terrifying

I felt completely unsafe. There were 3 men scoping out my car The door was barely on. It smelled of urine. The floors were filthy. Stink bugs all over. We left rwo days early and we wont get our money back for last two days.

I'm just going to start out by saying the Staff was extremely unprofessional. In the evening the manager on duty called my friend a dum@as@ for calling the desk phone, when those were the specific instructions on the door. In the morning the manager on duty came pounding on our door at 10:30, yelling, "manager, open up!" I immediately hopped out of bed and hurried over to open the door, but just as I got to the door, she busted it open instead. Talk about violating basic human rights! Checkout was at 11:00, so this was before she had any reason whatsoever to be banging on doors. I approached her about it when I checked out , and her only response was being extremely rude about it and refusing to admit that she was out of line. Instead she was yelling at me, telling me to leave when I was trying to have a basic conversation about what happened. I will never be going back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In a time when good service means everything, they are back in the dark ages with the service they provide. I can and will overlook a lot, but rudeness in the service industry isn't one of those.
