Told front desk toilet clogged and front desk clerk was like i think maintenance comes today. Tokd us to note problem on a sheet of paper but offered nothing else. Shower handle and spicket extremely loose. Filling tub up. Making it slippery.

Don’t believe the Baymont blah blah about a welcome. Check in was all prepped because I filled out a form on my phone on the highway. The staff had to look up the name and hand us the keys. 7 seconds. No hello. Nothing. We waited silently politely while new requests came before us. 12-15 minutes. Before another one jumped in front. I spoke up politely that we just needed our keys. Front desk staff person was cold cold and appeared angry. Bummer welcome. The manager next day looks exhausted. I waited to talk to him and mentioned it, but I gave up and he was fine not hearing about it. The hotel rooms also let a lot of noise in.

While the rooms were clean, the side door lock was busted, Everytime I attempted to use either key card on the room door I would have to insert and remove 5 or more times. Rented the room due to them having an indoor pool, I insisted on my 10 yr old to come because we were going to swim, found out during checkin the pool was closed. Had to use the hotspot on my phone because the WiFi wouldn't even load his game on his phone. Was definitely ready to return home within just a few hours

Bathrooms are not made for partially disabled people, too small, phone charger you had to pull out the end table n find a plug, the shower head could physically hurt you!! Bed was very comfortable though

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillowsnwere the size of throw pillows. Everytime the heat kicked on, a smelly feet smell came out of the vents.

The breakfast was very limited. And the waffle mix had a nasty taste. So we made toast and the jelly taste nasty. Another customer said not to drink the apple juice because it taste nasty. The hotel needs updated. I wouldn't stay there again.
