1 night stay front dest lady was super nice hotel was clean but for me the hadest bed I ever sleep on almost feel the springs in the middle very hard there also very low to the ground fhe bed frames pillos they suppy 2 very small size ..TVs are cheap now days just a basoc 32 inch out dated in room. Breakfast they had eggs & bacon other things all food ..

I was given the wrong room number and there was people there. I walked down to get my new room number. They couldn't find me in the system. Then told me to wait until they checked the line in. Mind you I also still hadn't check in just like those who were there. It was unprofessional if I also was a paying/traveling/ tired cliente. If I got there first why wasn't I prioritize for your mistake.

A few days in ABQ

Solid breakfast spread daily. Clean. Decent shape and a little dated, I slept well. The small issue I had in the room was repaired quickly and efficiently. The signage along the freeway doesn’t make it obvious at night. Other than that, I’d definitely stay again.

The check in was bad we booked a roon with 2 queen and they tried to put us in a room with one king that they had already pit another guy in then they didn't know what room we were in they had us in two different rooms other than that it was ok

Checking in frustrating

Check in took too long - like 30 minutes. One guy ahead of me but I think he had multiple rooms. Then keys didn’t work. It was frustrating. It was a bit outdated and back entrance could use some love. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were nice. Breakfast was good. Maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful. Put him at front desk. 😊.
