I requested two connecting rooms when booking due to traveling with my four children. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the front desk refused to accommodate this request. The hotel was also very dirty—I had to wipe down the bathroom floor with tissues just to step out of the shower. We travel to Pahrump bi-monthly, and I will not be staying here again.

We had too change the room thrice coz of no hot water and small room even when paid for a big one. Lastly when we were given one we had no water coming up in the new one, due to which we missed our tour. This was really inconvenient and disappointing. They just kept saying out manager did not came in today when we asked to meet her. They are not helpful and were super negligible towards complaints.

There was no hot water at all during the 3 night stay in the provided suite. Both sinks and bath were are cold. Frustrating when told it would be rectified and was not. Truth upon check in would have been better after knowing others had already complained prior to arrival.

All the staff was friendly. The attendant in the breakfast room was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere in the dining area was dim and not bright. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The lobby had a weird odor. The property has a large abandoned building which made it seemed run down.
