Trash bags all over the hotel.. the towels were dirty and had stains , the bed sheets had stains.. The bathroom was very dirty there was a hairball stuck in the roof of the shower the toilet was not flushing properly

Staff is very friendly, communication is very good. Great price on the 1 bedroom suite. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to freeway

I have visited Anaheim two to three times a year and have stayed at numerous hotels around the Disneyland area so the only two things about the Tropicana Hotel that were good was location and their Valet attendants other then that overpriced for what you get front desk not very informative or helpful beds uncomfortable definitely will not stay there again wish it would have been

Poolside not great need to be cleaner, housekeeping never cleaned until we complained. Very rundown

The parking lot was the hardest part of the stay. The gate arm didn’t want to work, and it's one way but not marked well. Other than that it's better than advertised. Even my 13yr old son enjoyed himself. The coi pond and ducks are fun
