The room was clean and service was great at the front desk. Loved the breakfast options served in the morning and cleanliness of the breakfast room. I loved the lady that operated the service in the mornings - I just couldn’t remember her name to place in the review here. Very convenient walk to shuttle to Disneyland as well. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The hotel was located close to Disneyland and shopping locations. The room was clean and neat. The hot tub was cleaned and works great. Overall it was a good stay at the Anaheim carriage inn.

Staff charged me an extra 20 dollars per night because i have my 2 kids of 6 and 8 years old. I booked a 2 queen beds of course i was bringing kids if not, i should book just one bed. Makes sense no?

The breakfast was basic, however our last night I found a cockroach in the bathroom, spoke to office staff who referred me to the manager, I had to email her, she never contacted me back but had someone else reach out to me, said the would refund us 25% back for our troubles and it’s been close to 3 weeks now and still haven’t seen the refund

Room was clean and the TV remote actually worked. Only negative is their rooms are not carpeted. If you are on the first floor with someone in the room above you, you will hear noise. I was awoken at 6:00am by the person above me packing and leaving. However, if you can put up with that, the price/location/cleanliness definitely make it worth it.

The staff was great, room was clean and beds comfortable. However the breakfast was useless and resulted in eating sad costco croissants or yogurt. I do really like that the pool is away from the street, but it was not heated when we were there in October. The convenience store rightnext storewas great!

I went there for breakfast at 6:45 AM, but there was nothing not even coffee at all. Also, when I first check in it was around 3:30 in the room wasn’t ready yet and also I’m checking out and return the keys back on the room and the staff said there’s anything else he said no also in my room I found cockroaches around there. There was roaches in my room.
