We stayed for 3 nights. No one came to empty trash or leave fresh towels. Went for own towels in the lobby. This was not stated at check in at all. This is not acceptable for a family of 4.

The staff was phenomenal! Service and support for any needs were met quickly. The room was extremely clean, and love the fact it was vinyl plank flooring and not carpet. The pool and hot tub were great condition and the pool area was nice. You get what you pay for, and this was great all around for my needs in needing a comfortable place to stay during a convention. Wish they had a room safe, but that would be my only complaint.

This is a budget motel.The unit is old and next to the interstate.That said the staff is working very hard to keep things together. Maria at the front desk was great at meeting my needs.The grounds are clean and I felt safe. This motel 6 is easy walking distance to everything.I would stay again but bring my own pillow.

Prison cell with a bathroom

Poor condition, the entire floor was peeling up throughout the hallway that led to my room. Heating and ac worked fine. I’ve stayed here before in another section and it was nice. I must’ve been in a newer addition last time.

It was very close to Disneyland. That was great, but the parking is extra $20 a day at the motel so that was unexpected. But all in all the experience was very good.

The facility was in poor shape. Bathroom sink didn't drain well and only had a trickle of water. Heater appeared not to work. Blankets had stains on them. Toilet paper holder loose from wall. Personnel were nice. No channel guide.

Security guard came barged in our room at 1am

On our first night in the hotel, a security guard barged in our room at 1am. We didnt know he was a security guard. When he saw us, me being unclothed in bed and my partner sleeping, he left. The front desk said he was a security guard checking a room that was supposed to be vacant and entered our room by mistake. I'm not accustomed to showing strangers my tatas, and if I had been alone, that really would have been even more uncomfortable. Management did reach out to me and refund me for 2 of our 3 night stay, but still a pretty uncomfortable situation. I couldn't sleep too well the rest of the trip and didn't feel safe there.
