The floors were sticky, the toilet ran all night, the hot tub was broken, the water pressure was awful, the bathroom had no fan causing to whole room to stay humid, and there was almost $200 in hidden parking fees. I will never book this hotel again.

My child's white pajamas were so black after crawling around on the floor for an hour, DISGUSTING, I think restaurant floors are cleaner than these rooms. The pool was ICE cold. My kids didn't even want to swim, my baby cried upon getting in the water because it was so cold. The pool was empty the whole time we stayed because they are too cheap to warm it for guests. The hot tub was closed our whole stay.

Rooms are showing their age, lighting is dim making it hard to get ready in the morning. Water pressure is already low in CA but shower barely ran and bathroom sink didn't even have hot water. One perk of this place is now gone, used to be free parking (for 1 vehicles) but now you get charged for each day you stay like other higher end places. Also, we opted out of the cleaning service, they marked it down and yet their cleaning group entered the room anyways. Wouldn't be a big deal except we left valuables semi out that we would have put away if we had known strangers were going to enter the room. Luckily no jewelry was taken but the water definitely moved.... Will search for a better place next time as this is no longer the bargain it used to be with having to pay for parking.

The stay was not was what we expected. In being around the Disneyland Resort area was not even at basic accommodations. The check in process was fluid but the attendant at desk was not courteous, seemed like it bothered we arrived and to assist us. The building is dirty, cob webs in elevator, open spaces, railings, dirty passenger call with graffiti tagging on panel, the first floor hallway and corridor dingy and dirty as well. Our room could have been better. The door and lock are old, the bottom of door entry looked damaged and dingy, had to push door open with shoulder force. An operating ice machine had to be hunted down, went to two different floors before finding operating machine. Was very dissatisfied with hotel and will not be returning to this location.
