The apartment had a portable aircon unit, it was totally required as the apartment was very hot! appreciate it was on and the curtains were closed when we arrived. but the air con unit itself was very loud which made sleeping difficult. Perhaps some investment in tinting the windows to block out some of the light. or actual wall mounted air con units. the balconies have room for the outdoor part to be mounted. Room also randomly didn't have a kettle to boil water. Also requested a baby cot on the reservation, and i got an email response to say it had been allocated to the reservation, but on arrival to our room it wasn't there, had to phone reception. Overall it wasnt a bad property, we only stayed one night. hallways are very narrow and tight. would be happy to stay again it aircon was addressed

Booked for a nonrefundable room with two twin beds and arrived an hour later to be told that wasn’t really an option. I pulled up the Hotels.com website where this combination was still available for booking but was told they weren’t responsible for 3rd party websites. Shower didn’t drain. Toilet did not flush well. Hot and stuffy, but loud and bright with windows open Beds were firm but comfortable- great views and location Clean enough

Room temperature was too hot had a portable A/C that was blowing out hot air from back of unit. Earwigs running around. View they advertise we didn’t have looked over building site instead. Needless to say very disappointing😟

Room 30C was beautiful view of harbor. The carpet could stand cleaning and upholstery. Great location downtown Auckland NZ! Little bumpy at first with internet connections but it was worked out and all was good. Yes I Would recommend to others and would stay there again. Thank you

Nice and close to Spark Arena, decent size 2 bedroom and good price. Wasn’t overly clean which was disappointing and it felt a bit unsafe to leave our room at night time with homeless people everywhere and a strip club over the road.
