Compare Winery Hotels in Aurora

Rooms are small. Staff members were sometimes more focused on the task assigned than guests! As an older lady I would expect a young employee to give way to a guest carrying luggage. At least let them on the elevator rather than stepping front and almost pushing you out of the way! I would as like it was St Patrick’s Day and people were loading their rooms for celebrations but guests just trying to get to their room should be given consideration. We paid the same or higher rate!

I arrived late. There was no food other than truly inedible stuff at the bar, where the staff did not welcome being disturbed. But the front desk staff were great and the concierge was wonderful! He's what accounts for the five stars

The rooms were terrible

The staff was kind and helpful. It was a beautiful hotel. There was plenty of things to do around the hotel as well.

Charming hotel, and close to

We were here for a dance convention. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and the restaurants are good.
