Excellent airport hotel with good atmosphere.

Second time we have stayed here. Chosen for location being very near to airport. The pool is amazing, spent a very relaxing day before flying home after 3mths in Thailand. Not cheap, but very good value. Late checkout made it very convenient. Room was immaculate, staff excellent, breakfast good. Only negative is that they need to sort out the pigeon and dove issue. The buildings are starting to look shabby because of the birds mess and they are leaving mess around the pool area as well.

Great stay. Would definitely recommend. Stayed for one night because of an early morning flight. At the time of my stay there was construction so possibly factor that in with travel time to the airport. The property is massive and no real need to leave the grounds. Great restaurants and friendly staff. The room was very spacious and clean.

The property is beautiful. They gave pretty much everything you might need for your stay. It may be a good idea to stay here at the end of your stay when you’ve gotten all your shopping done. It’s a long ways away from the city.

This was my second stay at the resort and it can best be described as an "island" in a sea of chaos. There is no place to walk outside the resort but there is little reason to leave the resort so it is great for a brief stay while traveling via BKK. My first visit was amazing with great customer service but my second visit had some serious challenges. First was the shuttle service. Since it was my second time there, I was in the proper place at the proper time at BKK. The shuttle did not arrive. The very poor customer service happened when I arrived at the hotel after using a taxi to get to the property. (the taxi was paid for by the airport). The young lady at the check in counter was extremely rude and was basically calling me a liar. This, of course, escalated the situation unnecessarily. The young lady was not the typical polite and friendly Thai person and should not be in a frontline position. The rest of the staff was excellent but the unreliable shuttle and one bad apple is going to cause me to rethink my choice of stay on my next trip to Thailand. And I am frequent traveler to Thailand.

As a resort and spa this place stands out on an excellent spa service. We got there late pass the normal spa time but the staff helped us get a 30min foot massage and i was definitely worth the price. One of the best foot massage experience i had in Bangkok after many visits to the city over the years.

Great property with lovely pool area although we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it. Loved the peaceful atmosphere The room was not as lovely as the photos and was old and tired. The bathroom smelt strongly of urine until after the shower tap was on for a few minutes and the smell was gone so I suspect the shower was not cleaned before we arrived. Staff were friendly. The hotel is quite a way from the city - 40mins drive but was easy to get a grab driver to pick us up.

The room is specious and new. Breakfast baffet had variety of food options and taste was good as well. The resort is 30 mins away from BKK and located in a really quiet area. The hotel arrange carts for us to go around the resort so no need to walk far distance in the big resort.
