All the staff was lovely and the vallet parking was very convenient and inexpensive. I didn’t have the complimentary breakfast but it smelled amazing! It is a great location near all the shops and restaurants on Whyte Ave.

Some good, some bad, won’t be back.

Lobby and front area were very nice. Staff very friendly and attentive. The free buffet breakfast was excellent. The room we had on the 6th floor required a deep clean. Towels thin and scratchy. King bed was comfortable. There was an ice machine outside the room which spilled ice on the floor and made constant noise. It was obviously a known issue since there was a wet floor sign and towels laid out. We noticed this was referenced from a review last November. The location on Whyte avenue is great. Many nice shops and eating areas. However, Whyte avenue is party central. The room was noisy on the weekend nights. Loud noise and partying outside until 3:30am. We didn’t get much sleep on Friday and Saturday night. Valet parking is available for $27 a day. Our parking was free per the room rate listed. But the parkade is a lengthy 2 blocks away so be prepared for a walk if you self park. Overall the hotel is nice with friendly staff but the room condition and noise will stop us from booking there again.

I was greeted by very friendly staff close to 11pm. They upgraded my reservation to a gigantic suite. With my Expedia reservation I was also eligible for free valet parking and breakfast was included. I will definitely be staying here again!

A great property in terms of location, well maintained, friendly staff BUT the complimentary (compulsory) valet parking was a total pain! Waiting 45 minutes minimum to get your car is not okay. When we're on vacation a big part of the enjoyment is being spontaneous but their VERY SLOW valet service made that impossible. I WOULD NOT stay there again because of this.

I enjoyed the property/staff. The issue was the room which was very close to the downtown area, lending itself to lots of noise. There was bass shaking the room until 3 am, safe to say we didn't sleep much. It would have been ok if we had gotten a warning before booking the room. That or the property should invest in better noise reduction.

We had a lovely experience in the hotel, it's an excellent place to stay if you're looking for a place to reach inner Edmonton from. We spent most our time along Whyte Avenue and had a great time.
