The hotel it’s self was very dirty my room was a hot box and we had absolutely no hot water and not only that the pillows were so flat and hard as a rock service also sucks guy at the office had no clue what he was doing I’d give them 0 stars if I could

I've stayed in some low-rent motels and cheaper hotels, but usually have a pretty good experience. I don't mind if things are not the most expensive crystal glass, and marble floors. But I do expect cleanliness, and this place does not have it. I didn't feel like any part of the property that I walked through had actually been cleaned by a human being, ever. There was a wretched smell in the hallway outside my room that persisted all weekend. The carpet in that hallway was the dirtiest thing I've ever seen, and the room itself clearly had not been cleaned in quite a while. There was a handful of someone's hair caught up in the hook on the bathroom door. The curtain pole in the shower kept FALLING OFF. This was a bad time, don't stay here.

They over charged my card I paid online when I got there they told me they needed to put a card on file for insurance purpose they charged my card 87.60 and never returned the funds.. never again

The room was incredible dirty. The hallways to the room were filled with bad dirt and filth- they had never been vacuumed in weeks, let alone months. The room had big spots on the uneven floors, mold behind the lights, which were damaged. I have photos. Do Not Stay Here! We were afraid for our lives! The worst stay of our lives!

An OK experience

The people working there were very nice, helpful and cordial. I saw they had new queen beds in boxes and I wish I’d been able to sleep On one as the bed was mushy. It was fair and that’s about it. I wouldn’t go back.

The property was dirty and cluttered in the lobby. Carpets were black. The room itself was dirty, dusty, sheets not clean, stains on the walls, the AC unit was molded. The tub wasn’t clean, it had a ring around it. The toilet paper was previously wet and left out to dry. The whole stay was a disaster

We arrived over an hour after check in time and they seemed surprised. The room was not ready, we had to wait an extra 30 mins. The whole place was sad and dirty; even after “cleaning” our room there was a pee smell in the bathroom and no sweeping had been done. Cigarette burns on the blanket. The carpet to the second floor looked like it was put in around 1970 and it was filthy. Staff was nice, but the facility was disgusting.

Cleanliness was terrible….. before you walk in and when you walk in the room Doesnt look like like anyones put effort in to cleaning Unexpected charges after i already paid for the room thankfully i noticed called the front and got the money put back on my card For $117 dollar is was a terrible terrible room broken furniture visibly dirty as well

It was dirty and the room smelled like weed. Electric sockets were loose and wires hanging out of them. Stains on the walls and the hallways smelled like urine. I will never again stay at this hotel.
