Only negative was paying £10 per night for parking! But was plenty of spaces. All staff from every department was always pleasant and friendly. Was our second stay. Will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Clean room. Ideal for tram or bus to go into Blackpool or fleetwood ferry. Would certainly stay there again

This was a fab place to stay for a visit in Blackpool, family friendly with private pool hire!! We hired the pool for an hour and was a hit for my children ages 1 and 3 but it was fab for all ages!! The games room was a nice touch but would say it's more for older children and adults, fab view and over all a great experience. The staff were all amazing and very accommodating thank you so much for such a great experience!!! I would definitely recommend this place I'll also add it's amazing value for money. Only down side is the lift was waiting for repair and there's quite a few stairs but what can you do. Amazing value for money!

The room was lovely and clean woth great sound proofing . A plumbing issue was rapidly dealt with and staff were very helpful in all hotel departments
