Extremely reasonably priced accessible hotel. At approximately £65pn for a double /twin plus meals approx £12-15per person per night this is ideal for attending shows at Winter Gardens /funny girls. Tram outside or taxi approx £6 to Winter Gardens. Flat walk for those who want to promenade down into town. We Extended stay as such an affordable hotel meant we were able to add another impulse theatre booking. Enjoyed another 2 days using hotel facilities and exploring Blackpool.

Was a great size room with beautiful view there was just a few things that could be improved being the following: Safety chain on room door Cleanliness of bathroom (hairs in bathtub) Kettle to low in family rooms need to be higher up Biscuits would be a bonus. The hotel was a great location with it being only a 20 minutes walk to the centre of town.

Room was average, skirting board was lying on the floor detached from the wall. A massive bolt lying on the floor which I don’t know where it came from, Bathroom was not cleaned very well at all.

The receptionist Adam was absolutely fabulous. Not only did he assist us but was observed helping other guests even when he was away from the desk (on his break).. The buffet dinner and the breakfast had a good selection and was plentiful so you could choose how big or small a portion suits you

Breakfast was ok some of the ingredients were cheap. Iwould have rated the hotel excellent but we had to make up 2 of the beds which at midnight with 2 children wasnt ideal !!

Good for onsite parking with ev charging stations. Reception was clean . Staff friendly. Rooms were clean but indesprate need of updating especially the bathroom which had definitely seen better days. House keeping a let down never done .
