Nice modern hotel

Great room with a nice sea view. Quiet despite being on the main road. Large restaurant made Breakfast nice and easy. Big car park at the back of the hotel but was lucky and got free parking out front.

Very poor/limited storage/hanging space for clothing in room only 2 very small drawers and 1shelf in family room. Breakfast area poor, small service area with long queues which is a known problem as notices in lifts warning you. (Why don’t they address the problem instead) We were seated in the entrance foyer which was very cold, had to ask several times before staff closed the entrance entrance doors which were locked in an open position. Very poor staff actions. Parking very expensive in the open hotel car park. lots of free parking on adjacent streets in front and behind hotel just as safe.

Hotel is ok, apart from the breakfast. It's just not up to standard. I think im wasting my time because, I've complained before and nothing has changed. I don't think they listened constructive criticism.

Just an overnight while going to the pleasure beach. Hotel was ideal location for south promenade and pleasure beach. Hotel lovely, clean and cosy room. Nice breakfast. Would return

Parking was expensive at £17

Hotel was great and the location perfect but was surprised to pay £17 to park overnight at the Hotel . This seems expensive compared to most hotels I stay in

The only let down was noise from the next room, don’t know if it was because of thin walls or because of the interconnecting doors. A brief fire alarm also went off whilst trying to have an early night
