I didn’t bring up the following shortfalls to the hotel staff at checkout because, a lot of times these type of things tend not to be addressed due to multiple reasons. Extremely loud and non efficient hvac unit. Room furniture very dusty and almost coming off its hinges (door that concealed the refrigerator). Balcony flooring could use some touch up paint. Housekeeping was asked to return in 15-20 minutes (at around 9:30) and never did all day. Called the front desk with no response to our request for cleaning or follow up. Next day still no housekeeping visit. Had to physically go down to the front desk and ask for it. $18 parking fee, which is a little much considering the size of the parking lot which is enormous. Should just have guest hang the parking permit on car mirror and that would let security know you’re a guest. Hotel is extremely quiet and far enough away from the main strip that it makes your stay easier. Staff is very friendly and helpful so the shortfalls were not that horrible.

Room was not up to my standards. Food crumbs on coffee table. Dust all over wallpaper.

My family of four had an excellent time! The lazy river is incredible and so many restaurants and things to do close by! Dollywood is less than ten mins down the road!

Breakfast was ok. Sausage was cold. Of course this is a convention center and did expect a lot of diff ventures and crowds. Shower pressure was great! Room was fair/enough for a day or two, bathroom door needed repaired and repainted. it served the purpose. Pool is def diff than the videos/pictures, smaller than it looked. Waterfall looked liked it was just stuck there. Movie screen was in the middle of pool and activity table and so mamy people running in front of you , could not understand the sound, not enough sitting area. Did not want to stay around and enjoy. The sitting aea as you entered was the nicest part. But over all. 6/10

We required a refund we did not stay. Your hotel was filthy dirty and I would never recommend that hotel. Can’t even put paper towels in the bathroom and all you have is these cheap box of tissues to dry your hands everywhere the smell of musty and mildew all throughout the place. I never seen any hotel so bad and I frequent hotels quite a lot.
