This place is beautiful with a tennis court, mini golf, 5 pools plus hot tubs, wildlife, boating and biking available, the food served at the conference was great overall. It was odd though that coffee and tea were not available between 8 and 12 during the conference. The WiFi was not strong enough to support media in the gym and there was no option to cast to the TV but not really a bad thing to have old school TV. The metal button in the shower kept falling off and the walls were so thin in my room, I could hear my neighbors talking and their alarm at 4 and 6 in the morning. Bathrobe was available on request. The staff were all very friendly and kind, check out was easy I think but I have not received my invoice. Provided all charges are fair and make sense, I would stay here again but would maybe be more cautious about how many neighbors I have. The views were stunning.

I went with a friend for a much needed girls weekend. The staff was amazing and upgraded our room and brought us some a bottle of champagne. The morning yoga and pickleball was a lot of fun. We were able to borrow umbrellas as well. Room was quiet and so much better than staying at a hotel. Nothing bad to say. It was so great I'm bring my family next week!

This was a great resort just was extremely full. They have various pool area with not enough umbrellas or chairs. For the price you pay they need to invest money in the common areas. Overall the rooms were extremely clean and beautiful resort. I would recommend if you are willing to take your own stuff with that price point.

I booked a King Room at the Paradise Hotel, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. The jacuzzi near our room was out of order, and I wasn’t informed about this at the time of booking. The TV remote was broken, so I couldn’t use the TV at all. There were no slippers provided, so after taking a shower, I couldn’t even leave the bathroom comfortably because my feet were wet and there was nothing to help me. The most frustrating issue, however, was the heating unit in the room. It made extremely loud and disturbing noises every time it turned on, throughout the entire night. I was woken up more than 50 times and couldn’t get any rest. As a result, I felt awful the next day from lack of sleep, and it completely ruined the quality of my trip. I had hoped for a relaxing night, but instead, I was stressed and frustrated because of the unbearable noise from the heater. This was an awful experience, and I’m thoroughly dissatisfied with my stay.

Unacceptable for a Family Resort

The hotel was good. We’ve been coming here for years. However, apparently it was Prom and several teenagers were at the property which seems without parents and they were very rowdy, loud, obnoxious, and for a family resort that’s unacceptable. Zero security was seen, broken glass on the floors, extremely loud after 1am, I even got a piece of glass under my foot. Thankfully, none of my kids got hurt.

Only stayed 1 night...food at tidal excellent...was afraid to ear there after we saw our room but didnt have time to go any where else and was very pleasantly surprised. The room is what they call in construction terms a shiny turd. It needed to be take down to the studs on the remodel. It smelled like the 1950's were still rotting in the walls. No amount of fabulosa could cover that stink up. I had to triple palo santo the room wishing i had brought sage. The armchair looked like a cat had torn the arms. When i pulled the curtain back the amount of dirt was hideous. I didnt check for bed bugs...i had to stay so i just bucked up and pretended everything was clean.

We love this spot and have stayed here many times. We love that you have your own, what feels like, a little casita and there is much more privacy than a traditional hotel. We love the pools, miniature golf, and option to rent a boat right there. We also love feeding the fish, ducks, and turtles. We call it our little Hawaii in San Diego!

A beautiful place to stay. The grounds were clean and well kept. Loved the option of 5 pools to choose from! The restaurant food and staff were amazing. Easy check in and check out. The gas firepits were a nice bonus!
