Fantastic location along the warf/water front. Super Friendly staff. Neat and tidy hotel. Super Nice rooms, although a bit small. Wonderful views. Overall fantastic hotel. Only negative is food and beverage service stops early at the hotel restaurant but there are tons of other locations close by that offer food. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Property is centrally located directly along the esplanade and close to boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. It has its own dining options and bars. It’s across from the central lagoon and there is a grocery store one block away and it is 15 minutes to the airport. The beds are comfortable and it has large windows with nice views. They use Origins bath products and the showers are nice - rooms clean and comfortable. All of the staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. Cons: The room lighting is ambient keeping the room dark after the sun goes down. Hard to organize and pack in a dimly lit room. Also, the bathroom lighting is terrible for doing makeup. The bathroom could have used a little more usable counter space for toiletries. I found the pool area unusual - 2 pools on different floors. One pool is clear glass so folks eating or at the bar can see you swim. Awkward. We went to the central lagoon.

Excellent hotel for a city break. Check-in was quick and efficient. Location is excellent, right in the middle of the city. Room was clean and modern. WiFi worked well. Comfortable beds. Spacious clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Light switches are a bit confusing to work out, but not a big deal. Overall, highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in the centre of Cairns explenade. The room is beautiful (level 12) Only the mattress its too soft, if someone has back issue or chronic pain, better let the staff know. For the rest 10/10 .

Unfortunately this has been the worse accommodation on our honeymoon trip from Kingscliff to port douglas. We don't blame the staff as they tried their best. No keys to carpark for whole stay Food at the Italian restaurant sounded so good but delivered little. . So disappointing Big let down from something that promised so much

The staff was so kind and helpful. Especially Charlotte! The room was very clean and nice. It was located central and close to everything walking. The food was good at the Boardwalk Social and nice ambiance. It was affordable. 26$ for a hamburgar and fries. I would go back for sure.
