Restaurant staff very nice. Room clean, bed comfortable, pool and hot tub great, plenty of parking. Music from a party was a little loud on Sunday night, but it was over by 11 pm. Cleaning staff a little loud, shouting at each other from different rooms and listening to the radio a little loudly as we were trying to take a nap in the afternoon. Nothing serious, but a reminder foe them that not all the guests are away from their rooms during the day. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay, and we will definitely come back.

Lobby was really nice with very pretty Christmas decorations throughout the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely don’t miss adding that on when booking your room.

Checked in: claimed they couldn't find my reservation and they don't do long codes? Demanded my phone saying my name (English) is odd. In the room all you hear when it is quiet is drips from pipes above, rest of the time it's loud in the hallways. Rooms are old and lots of maintenance issues. The door frame is filled with extra screws to keep it in place, dirt in the tiles and turn the lights on and you can see the dust. I check out, but the next day I get a text claiming to ask me to check out? I call them and they say it's just automated, well why contact someone to check out if they already checked out, or do they not record that? I always thought this hotel looked nice from the outside, but not worth more than $60, rather stay at Canadas Best Value and that says a lot
