The elevator was not working properly. One of them was out of order and the other one was not working smoothly. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The breakfast is separate, 20$ per person.

A/C was loud and very strong on High, and basically non functional on Low. Blackout blind was stuck up and had to call a maintenance person who didn’t know what to do so he just yanked it down as hard as he can while it made all kinds of screeching noises. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The staff was so helpful. We called ahead to ask for an early check in. They made a note, and after we dropped off bags even earlier, they called us as soon as a room was ready. Very accommodating!
