Heat was blowing in room half the night then go to air conditioner where we were freezing called front desk on room phone the gentleman said no the hotel does not have any extra blankets they have sheets and as for the noise and heater going on nothing he can do about it. Buzzing noise all night from it. We didn’t get any sleep and I had to drive all the way back to Edmonton to do a 12 hours shift. With no sleep. Let morning staff know pretty much was I interested and said unfortunately because it was a third party booking we can’t do nothing. Will someone call me this is unacceptable
