Little bit for everyone!

This was the perfect get away for our family over a quick spring break trip. The property was VERY clean, pool was nice and warm and with the dock right outside the screened in porch it allowed everyone the chance to relax and have a good time. My son loved fishing off the dock and the owners were kind enough to leave us some fishing poles so we didn't have to try and pack any along! I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation!

Family vacation for the WHOLE family! Very enjoyable home, very clean, the pool was amazing. Everything we needed for the kids and plenty of to for the whole family. We would have loved to stay longer and would prefer to deal with this owner every time!

Property has amazing potential. Just needs more of a good woman's critique on the cleaning.

Could be excellent and would rent from them again. Just needs monthly type maintainence done regularly. Bugs (Roaches) sprays when properly used work and are safe. Pool, hmmmm. We wanted to, and did enjoy ourselves, but to be topshelf,, place just needs a check-off list on. Weekly, and monthly deep clean items. Lyle Weber

Really disappointed

Well to summarize this has been the worst place I have ever rented. We had to leave same day we arrived and end up in the middle of nowhere after driving like 8h to get to that place just to realize we had to return home and wreck our whole vacations just because of this host and this place. There is a person on the reviews that gave a 1 star (Maria ) and she is telling the true. When we arrived to this place and we got in was when we realized what a mistake was to rent this place because the photos don’t tell the true. Cleaning was a total disaster there was left overs from last clients, a dead fish, open drinks and other stuff in the fridge. The kitchen was nasty and sticky, Blankets were never cleaned. When we removed the cover there was hair and stain like never cleaned before on them, dead flies everywhere, spiders webs, roaches I mean I can’t even describe everything. If I could attach photos I would. the place was old and Trachy. Nothing like the photos or descriptions they have on brvo. And if this were not enough they have cameras everywhere so if you want to be on the pool they will be watching you. We decide to leave the place that same day we arrived after our big disappointment, and ask brvo to refund our money. brvo made an arguing 3 way between us to find out the reason and the host lied to Brvo in my face saying we did all of that ( the trash etc. ) because we did not wanted to stay or pay the extra fees (which by the way they don’t te you about until you book, if you want to bring guest to the house even if they will not stay one single night they will charge you for that too.) but we did not Care about that we were willing to pay. They lied in my face just to keep the money and not refund us for their awful service… worst place ever !

Good home for a family time

The bedrooms were comfortable to us, and the kitchen and living room's space are very helpful to spend a very quality time as a family. We really enjoy the pool, and our kids love it. My family and I spend a good weekend in this home and we will like to rent in some other occasion again.

Great pool area, inside needs updating and cleaning

Overall a decent house. The pool area is great with a perfect outdoor kitchen area. Inside the living room was VERY small, so if there is bad weather it could be a very tight fit for a group larger than 4. Outdoor space is perfect though, no matter if you're swimming, cooking, or just hanging out.. House also needs a detailed cleaning. There were cobwebs and just an overall half cleaned feel to it.

Property manager was easy to get in touch with. Over all the place was good. Boat lift was working and clean. Only issue we had were the kids would have diarrhea and stomach issues every time they went into the pool after several hours symptoms would pop up multiple kids. So we ended up taking the kids to the dr says it’s from the pool. Which this was our first time having this problem. Rented a lot of places with a pool and no one ever had stomach issues. Other then that everything was good

Great place!
