I loved how we had everything there pool, casino and hot tubs. The only thing I did not like was that when I booked, it said breakfast was $5-$9 per person and that is not true. They have a restaurant but you pay from a menu. But prices were not too bad.

Bathrooms are updated. They do a good job of keeping the casino cigarette smell out of the rooms. Rooms are clean. Small fridge. Beds comfortable. Would stay again. Very convenient.

Check-in staff was inattentive when we approached the counter. Speaking amongst themselves about an unknown subject while we stood there awaiting some recognition. A simple "we'll be right with you " would have set the right tone. The room was great, but this is not the first time that the check-in staff has been "stand offish" at best. I believe further training is needed.

Carson Valley Inn is a very nice place to stay. It is well set up and easy to navigate between the room, the casino, parking and multiple restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. The grounds are well maintained and appeared to be safe. We will stay there again when the occasion arrives.

Nice room and helpful staff.

We were there for only 14 hours because we had a medical emergency and had to go back home to the Emergency Room. The person who helped us check out was great and said we would be getting a refund for two nights.

The lady when I checked in was nice and friendly but everything after that was pretty bad, the room didn’t feel clean…floors weren’t cleaned, the a/c unit was broken the whole time in our room(which we called for and they still Didn't fix it in time of check out) the day of check out the power went out also . Mind you I have four kids with me. Super disappointing experience in Minden

I like the convenience and they have a restaurant with kind and efficient servers! I gave a 4 because I hate all the cigarette smoke that invades the hotel from the casino!!!!! The smoke and smell is awful!!!!

The room was big and the shower wonderful. However, the bed was an old fashioned mattress and too hard with very small, hard pillows. The blow dryer cord was hardly long enough to reach the mirror and the a/c fan was either on or off, no auto setting. That wouldn’t be bad if it wasn’t so loud it kept my husband awake.
