My experience at the hotel was disappointing. During my stay, I used the swimming pool and left my clothes in a locker. Unfortunately, when I returned, my clothes had been stolen. This incident caused me a great deal of stress and made me feel that the hotel did not provide adequate security. As a result, I was not satisfied with my stay.

The property is nice and the location is pleasant, but the hotel feels old and could use significant updates. Some things were not working properly, including the shower fixture where you control the hot and cold water, which was loose and came out of place. Cleanliness could have been better. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a living room. The living room TV was very small and very basic, even though it was a Smart TV. The bedroom TVs were also very small and appeared outdated, and did not seem to be Smart TVs. Overall, the place has potential, but several improvements are needed.

Room had filthy carpet and was old. Staff is poorly trained and rude. Amenities are mostly broken and in poor condition. The waters in the pools are discgusting. They ran out of towels for the entire resort for half a day. The restaurant was dirty.

Great people working there. My wife tweaked her knee skiing and the staff found her a wheel chair very quickly so we could move around the hotel very easily.

You just can’t beat the beautiful view from the balconies! The room was clean but there was a small amount of dust on lamps and dressers. My biggest complaint is the Heating and air conditioning! Thermostats don’t really work so we had a terrible time keeping a comfortable temperature. The hot water In the rooms take 3-5 business days to get warm so there were a couple of very cool showers we had taken! Staff and overall atmosphere were terrific!
