Israel the night auditor is partictucuarly helpful if you have a problem from 11pm to 7am. Truly stellar individual. The hotel is extremely well run and the rooms are first rate. This is a first class hotel. I know, I used to be a night auditor for Doutble Tree Hotels and Vali Associates.

We were put into room 209 which we later found out was next to the generator room which also had washing machines also, the constant buzzing and the drone of the washing machine made it unbearable in the night, we just could not sleep, when we informed reception they just said that no one else had ever complained, we have stayed at this hotel before and it was great but the staff just did not care this time, we will look for alternative hotels which is unfortunate as we loved the hotel at Cellabration.

A beautiful spotlessly clean safe quiet special place to stay, the staff were amazing professional friendly, we stayed on a Saturday night had a delicious meal at the Celebration town tavern and Sunday morning was a lovely walk around the Celebration Sunday market with a Starbucks all in all a perfect stay.

Hotel reception is actually in the bar. Which was super loud. You cannot hear what check in person is saying. Not what’s expected of Marriott. Aircon in room on arrival was set to 68 and was freezing, I had to put coat on.

My wife and I (family and friends) have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15 years. About three or four years ago we stop staying. The property needed a refresh and the last time we stayed in a room that had a damp/mold smell. It was the second floor lake side (likely rm# 200-212). We greatly enjoy the celebration area, dining, shows, holiday events, all this picture perfect town offers. It was our “go to” for some time. Last night 9/25/25, we decided to give it another try while dining in celebration and doing a quick day at Disney. Well the hotel has had a great refresh, the exterior and interior of the property looks great. Every aspect of the rooms furnishing’s has been updated, upgraded, and truly the hotel is nicer than ever. My low review rating is because we stayed in rm# 204 and the room had the same (worse) dank/mold smell. We arrived late and thought we should change rooms, but turned the Ac down and the fan on high when we returned to the room from dinner about 10:15pm it was mildly better, but by 3am we were both disgusted and disappointed that all these great changes had happened and this was still an issue. We checked out, and I doubt will ever return to this hotel again! Having guest breathe meldew and mold all night is disrespectful and unhealthy..!

Was not aware that there is valet only parking and that there was a very high charge for that as my vehicle stayed in the main pull up area all night as I had to leave at 5:20 and there is no valet service before 6:00 am I made several attempts to turn the TV on and it was not working. That was disappointing.
