Further from town centre than I expected and didn’t look as good as the photos in real life. On the plus side the room was bigger than expected and kitchenette was very handy.

The hosts checked each day to top up supplies of tea, coffee, etc. Towels were changed after two days. Great place to stay as convenient to walk the 15 mins into Cathedral Square and the Botanic Gardens.
