The room was clean and very spacious and we could walk from the hotel to the centre of Christchurch. We had a a washing machine and dryer in the room which was wonderful. We were greeted with a great welcome even though we were late checking in and given real milk for our tea and our bags were stored after we checked out. We wrere directed to the best place to eat late at night after our arrival so - all in all a very friendly welcome and good amenities

We were a bit disappointed. Given the good ratings, we expected much better. Our unit was downstairs so had limited outside light, and the decor was dreary - dark brown carpet and dark brown/orange furniture. Service was courteous, not friendly.

This property is clean and the rooms are a nice size. The managers were friendly and helpful. The property is within walking distance of the main town and there is a nice little cafe on the corner for breakfast. The room had a jet tub, laundry facilities, and a comfy bed.The parking was included. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Room was clean and the tub was nice. The washer quit working while we were trying to wash our clothes on the 2nd night. Pretty sure the filter was clogged, but that should have been maintained by the facility.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean towels and rubbish removed daily. No air conditioning in our unit but did not require it due to time of year. Carpeting could do with a refresh/clean. Spa tub jets didn’t work, but tub/shower is very roomy. Washer/dryer in unit is very handy. About a 20 minute walk to the cod with groceries and restaurants 15 minute walk away. Traffic is loud at night
