Friendly staff, walking distance from the main train station, clean room

The property was well kept and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, not speaking German staff went out of his way to walk us down to the tram station to show us where to go what bus to take ect. We really enjoyed our stay

We only stayed here one night, but the hotel room itself was very great. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. They had a great kids area where the kids could stay and play and it was a very short walking distance to some great cafés in the morning. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet as well.

Short walk to the arena, pedestrian bridge to Koln cathedral and rail station. Only complaint was the gym – in the basement and you have to pay an extra fee to use it. A little hard to figure out where the dressing rooms are and such.

Great location. easy walking distance to all attractions. U bahnstation outside front door.parking expensive at 28 euros a night but good and secure
