i am so mad at the staff i asked for wake up call i missed my flight because it cost my family members had help me with hotel i got told on Sunday Saturday morning 806 she promised me i get up this about 10am i now i had stay extra night THIS WHY I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN coustmers always come first the lady at 330am scream and yelled at me It not my responsibility or my problem thats how fast coustmers dont want come back this so disorganized my flight was 530am i am sorry there no second chance on this Please STAY AWAY FROM HERE

The hotel is located in a perfect part of downtown Dallas. There are several restaurants, nightlife, green areas to spend time at. The city views were spectacular, the only negative was the bathroom and the room was too dark and dim, we kept the shades open to let the light in. Excellent stay and I love how the hotel provides a list of nearby restaurants and the walking distance.

The building was nice. Parking was easy. Room was clean.

This hotel is awesome. Very different decoration. I’ve room was so cool. Nice view. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that could had been better is a microwave in the room. This place was nice. Would definitely go again and recommend to others.
