Book Convention Center Station hotels

Great staff, clean rooms, great views, very clean hotel. All staff nice and especially the waitress, I dint catch his name all i remember he said he was from Argentina. He was so kind, he had very amazing service skills. Thank you

Canceled my stay just as I touched down in Dallas, stating I had broken their terms of service in the past. Eventually they said it happened in September 2022, but would not say where or what happened. Interestingly, I was deployed to Iraq in September of 2022. Despite this, they refused to tell me what happened and said their decision was final and could not be reversed. I would encourage everyone to avoid any and all Mint properties. Had I done something wrong I would feel awful and strive to make it right. However, I’ve never stayed at one of their properties, yet I had to scramble to find a place to stay because of their clearly flawed system. Do yourself a favor - stay away from anything Mint.

The property was very clean, very elegant and I will absolutely book again with them.

Complained because the AC did not work very well. The hotel is very accommodating and gave me a room, Credit. I’ll be back.
