Clean, well-appointed and well-lit warm room with decent sound-proofing. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Peaceful hotel with an almost-unbeatable location. Also, although there was no kettle or fridge in my room, there is a (free) tea and coffee machine in the lounge.

The waterfront location of the hotel is absolutely awesome - right in the iconic area of Nyhavn. It was so easy to get anywhere in Old Town and we did! The people at the front desk were amazing! They were always friendly and ready to help with any situation!

Amazing hotel on top of the heartbeat of Copenhagen. Right on the canal in Ny Havn. Got in very early (4 hours) got me in early at 12( check in is at 1500) mainly just to sleep as we were out and about the whole time. But close to everything. Will come back to only this hotel in the future.

Miriam at the front desk was very helpful. The coffee and tea in the lobby were a nice touch. It would have been nice to be able to refill a water bottle to reduce plastic waste. Location was awesome - especially for the St Lucia kayak parade.

Perfectly placed Hotel for access to key areas of Copenhagen. Close to the bars and restaurants on Nyhavn, but still quiet by the hotel. Easy, friendly check-in, with nice reception area with sofas and free coffee machine. Our room was perfect for a short stay.

The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfy and the view overlooking Nyhavn with old style windows that actually opened was great! We added the breakfast which was very convenient. There wasn't any hot food, but still offered a decent selection. The convenience of the location is fantastic. The rooms are very small and the shower is ridiculously small, but had a lot of hot water. I would stay again if ever in the area.

The hotel was in an unbeatable location in the Nathan. This attracts premium price. The hotel was very clean but has limited facilities. The free coffee and tea making facilities in the reception area was nice. Other drinks are available to purchase. The hotel felt very safe with security features like cameras and reception controlled access. The room was quite small and basic with standard furniture - nothing special, but it was comfortable. There was no coffee or tea making facility in the room.

The location is just perfect, right at the Copenhagen popular colorful houses. Our hotel room window has the same view of colorful houses. Breakfast was average but the prices is good comparing to the pricey tourist foods in the area. The location is 10 minutes from Station and shopping. very convenient.
