Nice stay. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Good complimentary breakfast with eggs and the basics and plenty of good coffee. No complaints at all, and the price was right. There is an issue currently with the elevator but I was on the ground floor. Great location with restaurants in easy walking distance.

Elevators were broken and they did not let me know until checking in. I had no hot water in the showerhead and no accommodations were made. Every hallway smelled like marijuana and there was trash in the hallways.

When checking in I had to wait for over 10 minutes for staff to show up to front desk. The elevator was out of order and that was not mentioned when I booked. I have a knee injury and had to walk up and down to the 4th floor. Was not happy. There was a musky smell in the room and hallway. Very disappointed in this place.

When we checked in we were told that the only elevator was being repaired and we were on the third floor. No help was offered to drag our bags up there and no apology for the inconvenience. both of our keys didn't work two times. each time we had returned to the hotel and climbed the 2 flights to our room only to have to go back down and have keys reactivated and then climb back up to our room. Again no apology was offered. The sink had a loose faucet and the toilet had a partial clog in it so the bowl would never fill completely. On the plus side the rooms, though old and dated were very clean and the beds were comfortable but I don't think I would return
