Key cards deactivate daily

Great location and pup friendly, which is why I always stay here. The only feedback I have this time relates to the key cards. Every afternoon both keycards would be inactive and I would be locked out of my room. I was told at the front desk that the maids do this for check outs….but I was not checking out. Checked in Thursday…by Friday afternoon my keys did not work. Had them reprogrammed. On Saturday afternoon, same thing happened. Checked out Sunday. If this is truly the case (that the maids make key cards inactive because of check outs), then they should probably reference check in/out dates on the reservation. It was an inconvenience being locked out two days in a row of a 3-day stay.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, happy hour. Nice pool. Pets accepted for a small fee and have fenced in area for dogs. Good central location, but quiet from road noise.

We arrived around 12am in the morning. The gentleman working the front desk was very attentive and made the check process a breeze. The room is very clean and we will definitely be back! Period queen!

The hotel is easy to find and is real close to the Ferry docks. Restaurants are close by as well. There are several places to rent golf carts and one right on the property. Since it was a cold February we didn't rent one. We were there for the Crane Festival. The hotel was nice, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. There was a problem with the Micro-Wave. I had to wiggle the cord to get it to work. The light bulb was out over the table and the bathroom door needs painting. There are things the owner wouldn't know about until now. That was in room 117. The breakfast was great and different every morning. Monday thru Thursday there is a Happy Hour in the same room. That's all I know about it because we left Monday morning. Just so you know, it's not on the edge of the ocean, nor can you see the water but the price was right and I would probably stay there again

This little spot was a welcomed surprise and it was as most all other visitors had described…very good. From the staff, rooms, parking. I even took the free ferry to cut down on some of my return travel time….great experience.
