Book Premier Inn Crowborough accommodation from NZ$96

Deadbolt to leave the room jammed and I could not exit. Attempted to call front desk and realized there was no phone in room. Finally made it out and all hotel did was move my room, no offer of an upgrade of compensation. Checked out a day early and they still charged the full stay.

Perfect for the early morning next day flight.

The location is convenient for the South Terminal.We ate in the attached Asian Restaurant, which was OK, but expensive fo the food on offer. Other facilities in the hotel were good. The room was clean and comfortable, but with tired decore, and there was a dank smell (like black mould) in the room, possibly from the air-conditioning, which may be due for cleaning.

Convenience to airport and the helpful hotel staff and comfort of the rooms make this a really good place to stay at the beginning and/ or end of your holiday - we did both. Will definitely book again.

Room was ready early, all the staff were really friendly, good bar team

The hotel was great and the prices for accommodation and car parking were very reasonable. I was a bit concerned leaving the car as the only spot was where people had thrown empty food and drink cartons. But when we returned 4 days later the car was absolutely fine.
