Excellent hotel, very respectful and responsive staff. The location is incredible, a 5min walk to the London Eye, Waterloo station. 20min to Borough market. 15-20min to Westminster, depending on how busy the bridge is. Incredibly quiet. No street noise. And the pool and spa area offered a nice place to relax after a long day being a tourist. We were so pleased.

The property is located in the best possible location for seeing London. The property was very well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

Staff was great helped with suggestions and when to stay away from the protest happening. Even during check-in they made every possible accommodation possible when we arrived so early. The live music at the restaurant was very nice. The hallways on our floor could have been better kept. We saw the same champagne glasses in front of a room for the 3 day we stayed. It was close enough to the metro where we took that everywhere to get around. Solid place to stay. And our view was fantastic.

Friendly staff, basic room, but comfortably enough, right in the airport. They give you discounts on the local food options which was nice.
