Very clean rooms and spacious kitchen, great location for the grapevine mall, ikea, Citizenship & Naturalization. Front Desk Lady was very nice and accommodating! Plenty of self parking only 1 thing I didn’t like was the bed, for me it was too small and firm. Everything else was great!!

Courteous staff, clean suite and great location. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling and the maintenance staff came over and fixed it. We appreciate the quick response time. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Irving.

Stayed in building two…marijuana smell saturated the air mainly all night and strong linger in AM all three days we stayed there! Housekeeping spoke no English so hard to tell her we were short washcloths and towels, and trash bags, I gave up. Never received what we needed. We felt safe in and out of the building.

Did room wasn't cleaned, the sheets had dirt on it,bathrooms had pee on the side of the floor,walls and couch was dirty and stained,there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors as if someone tried to kick it in,very disappointing

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and provided awesome customer service. The area was safe. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain as well as the shower. The environment was clean and sanitized.
