The water smells really bad as it runs from the faucet like raw eggs or sewer. Likely a city issue but it may be their pipes, not sure. My neighbors decided to have a party the second night I was there. I called the front desk several times and was told he could not leave the front desk. When I checked out I made the person that was checking me out aware of the situation he said he was the manager. He pretty much said there was nothing he could do about it because I had paid for the room through a third party and that was pretty much that. I would not recommend staying here. They need security on site for what looks to be multiple businesses being run out of this location.

After a delayed flight and a cancelled flight, the hotel was a welcome "shelter in the storm". The staff went out of their way to help after they heard our story. The kind lady that checked us in told me about the fountain in the back with the chairs around it. I went and sat and decompressed. They tried to help me with a phone charger. Just very kind and helpful. The room was an absolute delight!! Clean and comfortable. Our only "issue" was and very inconsiderate neighbor who kept my best friend up all night. It was reported the next morning. They kindly offered to move us to another room immediately! It wasn't necessary because we were heading back to the airport. PLEASE give this hotel your business. You won't be disappointed.

We checked in late and the first one had a dirty tub and it was missing towels but they were nice and just switched us over to another room which the room was clean but it was missing towel as well lol. The next day we were gone all day and I thought house keeping would come in a clean up and replace the towels but they never came in and I called to the front desk to get more towels and we had to bring the old ones down and get new ones ourselves I thought this was a bit strange but the staff I encountered was very nice about the situation I just think house keeping could have did a bit better I only saw house keeping once from Sunday night to Tuesday morning and when I walked passed the room it really didn’t sound like anyone was actually doing anything in the room but idk anyways I would stay again it wasn’t bad for $180

Room across from us set off fire alarm 30 minutes after we checked in. A terrible smell in elevator. No available luggage cart at check-in. TV speaker was bad, not allowing a nice experience watch TV. Only (1) mirror in room.

Room was clean and looked nice I didn’t like the bed it was a roll together bed and quite small! I stayed in building 2 but there is nothing that says building 2?! Awesome location to the Citizenship building and Kroger
