The sheets didn't fit the bed, the bed was saggy, no blanket, bedspread had burn holes, the towels were stained and small. No screen on the bathroom window witch was opened. I still haven't received the $100 deposit they requested when someone finally showed up to check me in

I was charged 998usd for 5 nights ( 189 / 247.50 / 265.50/ 153 / 166.86 when the advertised rate for walk in is $135 and I could also have got. 90$/ night deal with the manager paying cash I definitely overpaid Expedia/motel for the room Definitely not worth it’ I m paying now Marriott much more comfortable hotel $153/night I think considering my fidelity with Expedia I should be considered a credit of what I paid over 135$ /night of the published price outside the hotel to be seen! Pictures of the hotel are made to show what the hotel is not! Unless you need something urgent, this is a trap! Expedia should not deal with such terrible accommodation I suggest cancelling the contract with them!!!

Cigarette burns on the sheets and blanket, dirty towels when I got there (new ones were clean but slightly stained) the dispenser in the shower didnt work so nothing to wash my body with. Staff was cool though the air conditioning was nice the room was spacious. Had a gecko on my bad when I arrived but it got scared away when I saw it

So sketchy

There were cigarette burns in the comforter. We were too nervous to say anything but had no choice but to stay there. We truly deserve a refund.

It was the most basic you could get for a room. No coffee maker was my main issue. All around for the price, it worked. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would stay there again

This property is doing major over haul of work so I will as expecting the worse due to last minute changes. I walked into my room very clean smelled good, the floors are new they have to touch up on the dressers but everything else was great and cleaned. I still sanitized everything down but I was pleased will come back. NO BUGS(of any kind), NO STAINS ON ANYTHING. THE NEW OWNERS ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO BRING IT UP. I APPROVED THE ROOMS & I LOOKED AT THE OTHER ROOMS THEY WAS GOOD AS WELL.

The room reaked of cigarette smoke. Cigarette burns on the uncleaned sheets. I was there an hour, tried to shower but there was little to no water pressure. I get it was a 2 star hotel. But i refused tonstay yhere and hated the fact i wasted 100 dollars

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. New floors are never cleaned, no curtains to block the bathroom window when I undress. I was expecting to be in the non-smoking room. I smelt a disgusting cigarette scent the minute I walked in. Ever heard of an air freshener? Good thing I don't smoke. The microwave is rusted and dangerous, and everything in this room is covered in stains and dirt. Bed covers are ripped and the pillows are nasty. The table is covered in burnt marks. Bugs are scattering in a hiding spot. GROSS! Very filthy hotel. They will not keep the rooms clean and replace the electronics and appliances. They will charge you an extra $20 the minute you check-in. They should be out of business for poor cleaning and replacement service. I doubt they will ever remodel their property. My husband and I will never book this hotel again!
