Great property

We had an amazing stay and appreciated the staff. Christian helped us for 2 days straight at the pool. Nancy was the best masseuse. The water aerobics crews were amazing on both days: German and Lisett & Miguel, Sorrel and another name that started with an L. Our room was always clean and full of supplies. The breakfast tacos were incredible.

Beautiful resort, still looks very new. Good choices of restaurants for an all-inclusive. They do charge separate for some meals and you have to upgrade to be able to go to some restaurants across the 7 resorts they own. Overall, great service. We had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was skeptical about this place because of the bad guest reviews, I had already bought the package so in my mind I was going to make the best of it. To my surprise, we had an excellent stay because we upgraded to a suite. Our room was ocean front with easy access to the steakhouse and buffet. Our tower was situated on the more relaxing side with responsible adults just there to relax, have fun and soak up the sun. Best lounge chairs swim out pool and very accommodating and attentive staff members. The buffet in the interior wasn’t our favorite, just ok. The steak house and kulinarium were the best sit down restaurants, the others need a little help. RIU parties are wild if you like that sort of thing. The Live Rock Band was great, MJ show good as well with live musicians. The schedule activities were so relaxing, from sunrise yoga to aqua gym and moonlight yoga. Highly recommend taking advantage of those activities.
