David at the front desk is exceptional the hotel was lovely and very good for visiting Belfast. Rooms were very clean and boxes of drinking water in the room excellent

3 Star but better than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed at in Belfast. The Dyson fan was a necessity and the tin of sweets and robe were nice touches. Check in was a bit of a faff.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Good breakfast and very central location. Handy to everywhere.

Hotel was quiet and not too far from the city. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was very nice. The part of Belfast that it is located in is a little jaded and views from windows are very restricted in some rooms. Off street park was good.

Overall it was good, except the room is small for family of 4. There was no second bed, it's just sofa converted to bed.
